  • MS-SUPPORT was developed by Shared Decision Making Resources, a private research organization in Maine whose mission is to help patients achieve better health through better decision making and communication with their healthcare provider.

  • This research study is supported through a collaboration with the Multiple Sclerosis Leadership and Innovation Network (MS-LINK™), a signature initiative led by EMD Serono, the biopharmaceutical business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, in the U.S. and Canada.
  • MS-LINK is an initiative that brings together an interdisciplinary community of multiple sclerosis (MS) stakeholders – physicians, patients, caregivers, and patient-advocacy organizations – to form a top-tier scientific network focused on sustainable transformation of MS care through scientific research that can help improve the lives of MS patients. MS-LINK™ will focus on working cooperatively with these stakeholders in the areas of real-world data and patient reported outcomes, as well as scientific and precision medicine, to provide tangible resources to the MS Community by designing research projects that amplify the patient voice.

  • The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) is a leading resource for the entire MS community, improving lives today through vital services and support. Founded in 1970, MSAA is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving lives today through ongoing support and direct services to individuals with MS, their families, and their care partners.  MSAA offers a variety of free programs and services, including MRI funding, MyMS Manager app, educational programs, a Helpline with trained specialists, equipment and cooling distribution program and award-winning educational videos and publications. MSAA also leads Navigating MS, a global initiative involving MS healthcare professionals and non-profits aimed at improving shared-decision making in the MS community.
